These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the peachie mobile application ("App") provided by North Island Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

peachie is an informational tool that helps you track the credits, points, and benefits on credit cards you already hold, and estimates whether a card’s annual fee is worth it for you. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Not Financial Advice

peachie is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Benefit values, credit tracking, and fee verdicts are estimates based on available data and card terms, which change and may contain errors. Always confirm details with your card issuer before making decisions. peachie is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Express, Chase, Bilt, or any other card issuer, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Connected Accounts

peachie connects to your financial accounts on a read-only basis through Plaid Inc. and cannot move money or transact on your behalf. Your use of connected-account features is also subject to our Privacy Policy and to Plaid’s terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the cards and benefit usage you record.

Subscriptions

peachie may offer an auto-renewable subscription. If purchased, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account, and the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by North Island Technologies, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate it provides is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Island Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including any decision made in reliance on its estimates.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of this App is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. North Island Technologies, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
