This Privacy Policy describes how North Island Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the peachie mobile application and related services ("peachie"). peachie helps you understand and get the most from the credit cards you already hold — tracking your credits, points, and benefits, and telling you whether an annual fee is worth it.

Information We Collect

• Contact and account information (e.g., your email address)
• Financial account data you choose to connect — when you link a card, we access, on a read-only basis, the account and transaction data needed to calculate your credits, points, and benefit value (e.g., transaction date, amount, merchant, and category, plus the card’s name and last four digits)
• Cards you tell us you hold and any benefit usage you record yourself
• Usage analytics and diagnostics

How We Connect to Your Card (Plaid)

peachie uses Plaid Inc. to connect to your financial institution. You enter your bank credentials directly with Plaid — peachie never sees or stores your bank username or password. Access is read-only: peachie can view transactions to do the math, and cannot move money, make payments, or change your account. Plaid’s handling of your data is governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a linked card at any time from within the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Calculate your captured credits, points value, and annual-fee verdict
• Alert you to credits and benefits before they expire
• Answer your questions about your specific cards’ benefits
• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve peachie
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages, and respond to your requests

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal or financial information.
• We do not use your financial data for advertising.
• We do not store your bank login credentials.
• We do not move money or initiate transactions on your accounts.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate peachie (such as Plaid for account connectivity, and infrastructure and analytics providers), each under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or to protect our rights and the safety of our users. We do not sell your data.

Data Control & Retention

You may disconnect a linked card, and permanently delete your account and all associated data, at any time from within the app or by emailing support@peachie.fyi. When you delete your account or disconnect a card, we delete the associated financial data, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and at rest — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Children’s Privacy

peachie is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
